Winter 6-a-side league

Congratulations to the Outwood women's indoor 6-a-side league team the 'Gazelles' who prevailed over three other teams over the course of nine matches this winter.

No side ran away in what was a tough league.  Every team had the ascendancy at some time, but it was the Gazelles who took their chances when it mattered.

The squad benefited from players new to the club, including some new recruits in their teens.  all bodes well for the summer.

Well done to the team and their skipper Bernie.

The men's team, the 'Outlaws' did not fair so well, but in the end finished in third place in their league of six teams
